At hipselector we have been frustrated by the launch of the government’s Home Information Pack (HIP) scheme. The language used has sometimes not been as clear as it could have been. We have been measured against the Plain English Campaign Crystal Mark and hope we can simplify what should be a useful document.

More importantly we feel that consumers do not currently have enough choice when it comes to where they can buy a HIP from. So we have taken HIPs offered by Home Information Pack providers including Solicitors / Estate Agents / Specialist HIP Companies and listed them on this site so that you can compare the products and the providers.
