As the Home Information Pack is the first step to selling a house some of the providers listed on this website have included other products with the HIP. Choosing a HIP which includes any of the options below may save money and will almost certainly save time in the proces of selling a house.

Insurance

In addition to property specific information the HIP could also include insurance policies designed to cover the fabric of the building or contents of the property during the moving process or for the benefit of the new owner.

Conveyancy Fees

Hips which include the total cost of solicitors fees for selling the house. Other hips may include a contribution towards the legal costs of selling. 

House Sale Fees

The hip may also include all of or a contribution towards the cost of selling the house (Estate Agents Fees).
