In addition to the minimum requirement of the HIP regulations, sellers can also choose to include additional information about the property. When buyers are cautious about the market providing as much information on the property is the seller’s best protection against sales falling through.
 

Home Condition Report

This report gives information on the physical condition of the property and is similar to a survey. The results could be used to reassure buyers of the good condition of a property and may also allow the seller to make good any issues before the property is placed on the market.
